Konference byla organizována Českou pobočkou AFCEA, Agenturou komunikačních a informačních systémů pod záštitou Sekce komunikačních a informačních systémů Ministerstva obrany.
Cílem akce byla prezentace nejnovějších technologií, předávání si vzájemných zkušeností a navázání mezinárodních spoluprací mezi odborníky spojovacího vojska, představitelů akademické sféry a komerčního sektoru na etické platformě České pobočky AFCEA.
AFCEA is a non-governmental, non-profit and educational organization that brings together professionals from the military, integrated rescue system, security forces, government, academia and industry who deal with the issue of the use of information and communication technologies for the needs of defence and security of the Czech Republic.
