New functions and modules

Issues module

The Issues module is a tool for recording issues, or general unassigned issues that need to be completed. Issues can be created with a single click from the main screen of Lumnio mobile clients, or via a voice command from the Home screen of smart glasses.

The following data is recorded for each issue:

• status (new, in progress, cancelled, resolved),
• issue name and detailed description,
• photos and/or videos,
• issue priority,
• submitter and resolver,
• assignment to device and location,
• comments on the issue,
• there is also an option to create a tasks to solve the problem.

Other improvements

• OCR function for reading values during work instruction execution
• Faster media downloads with automatic saving of media in three file size versions (small, medium and large)
• Improved video editor functions when splitting clips using the drag function
• The option to change teams in the storage dialogue box
• Progress records can now be placed on the main screen
• Text search in Lumnio mobile clients
• Bulgarian language support
• Minor improvements to the user interface

Bug fixes

• The Drag & Drop assignment to content has been fixed
• The inability to remove conditions from work instructions has been fixed
• The HD photo feature has been fixed during technical support calls
• Links to maps in locations have been fixed, as have GPS coordinates loading from maps
• The selection of solvers in tasks has been fixed
• Other general fixes have been made to the Lumnio UI
