New functions and modules

Tasks module

The Tasks module is a task management tool that allows you to define, assign, and track tasks within Lumnio.

Task types:

• General: Any general task with a defined priority, the option to set a recurrence, and an estimated completion time. It is assigned to a solver, device, and location.
• Work Instructions: A task for the solver to perform a work instruction in Lumnio. In mobile applications, solvers are shown a list of tasks sorted by completion date.
• Call: A scheduled remote support call (not yet supported in version 1.3.2).
• Captures: A scheduled task to create a recording of the procedure (not yet supported in version 1.3.2).

You can easily click through to the task list via the overview screen tiles.
